Eric’s Story
Eric Steedle has been part of the Stables Motor Condos® story since day one. From the moment the concept was sketched out in 2017, he’s been by our side—attending every car event, zoning meeting, contractor meeting, groundbreaking, and ribbon cutting. Now an official Associate, Eric brings an insider’s knowledge of our projects, our brand, and how to present the vision to partners and buyers.
With a background in the automotive industry, customer service at a major building supply retailer, and a natural talent for mathematics, Eric thrives on solving complex problems and making the details count. Outside of SMC, he’s a lifelong horseman and accomplished competitor in Cowboy Mounted Shooting, where he’s earned a divisional title in his first competition in 2025. Guided by his faith—Jesus is King—and a passion for both horsepower and horse power, Eric blends precision, enthusiasm, and authenticity into everything he does for the Stables Motor Condos community.
