Standard feature are HVAC, stubbed bathroom, general lighting, 14’ roll up garage door and 100-amp power. Each unit also has separate metered service. Once owners customize their unit, they’ll not look anything like “garages” – they love designing with glass doors, polished floors and other nice finishes; and some people add kitchenettes, bars, media rooms, and driving simulators. It’s a cool place to hang out with friends, meet clients, host parties, and serve as corporate hospitality venues.
The centerpiece of the complex is the Member Clubhouse. This 5,000 square foot building overlooking the nature preserve is available to the owners 365 days a year to be used to host car clubs or business meetings, to have private parties, to entertain guests, watch sporting events or merely to use as an area to hang out and discuss their passion for cars with other like minded enthusiasts. Garage Ownership includes membership to one of the most exclusive clubs in Atlanta and will be a great place for owners to socialize. Reciprocal privileges with other similar clubs across the United States are in the works as well.
