We have now started taking reservations from prospective buyers wanting to purchase a garage unit in an automotive-focused community featuring 150 condominiums that only offer private car storage, not any residential units.

Although this is a unique development and is marketed toward automotive enthusiasts, garages are being snatched up quickly with 38 out of 150 units already reserved. Prices of the unit’s range from $125,920 to $399,000.
