Jeff’s Story
For more than 25 years, Jeff Beal’s name has been synonymous with automotive and motorsports marketing; having collaborated with manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Lexus, McLaren, BMW, Porsche, Audi and many more.
In 2013, Jeff was headhunted to become the Vice President of Atlanta Motorsports Park, a private track and motorsports club in Dawsonville, Georgia. He oversaw operations and marketing, using his resources and contacts to lease the track and facilities to OEM’s, driving schools and High Performance Driving Experiences.
In 2017, Jeff and his wife, Cindy ‘RODEO’ Steedle—who is also his business partner—created the initial concept and vision for Stables Motor Condos. Over several years, Jeff refined this vision and mission to what we know today. He is the Developer and has overall responsibility for the business, including strategic direction, operational performance, and unit sales.
Jeff & Cindy also co-Founded and Produced “Taste of Speed Jetport Experience”, a highly successful hanger event from 2014 thru 2016 that was held at PDK Airport to raise money for local Atlanta children’s charities.
Jeff & Cindy are both licensed real estate agents and are affiliated with SERHANT., the most followed real estate brokerage in the World. They are very experienced in not only commercial real estate, but also represent clients seeking to buy and sell land, luxury residential & lifestyle properties.
Jeff is a major car enthusiast and regularly attends car shows such as Monterey Car Week & Amelia Island Concours and road races like Petit LeMans, and 12 Hours of Sebring. He and Cindy are both Georgia natives and live in Jasper, Georgia with their dog and two cats.
